Sir Robin Auld has recently retired from full-time sitting as a Lord Justice of Appeal. Following a broad international civil practice at the Bar, he was: a Judge of the High Court of Justice, Queen’s Bench Division, 1988-1995; Presiding Judge, Western Circuit, 1991-1994; Lord Justice of Appeal, 1995- 2007; the Senior Presiding Judge for England and Wales, 1995-1998; and Vice-Chairman of the Judicial Appointments Commission for England & Wales 2006-2007. He is a member of the LCIA European Users’ Council.

Christopher Gardner QC is a Chartered Arbitrator, Accredited Mediator, Fellow of the Society for Advanced Legal Studies, and Royal Society of Medicine. He was appointed a Recorder, 1993; Queen’s Counsel, 1994; Chief Justice of the Turks and Caicos Islands, 2004; and is presently Chief Justice of the Falkland Islands and British Indian Ocean Territory (part time). He is a member of the LCIA Asia Pacific Users’ Council, the KLRCA panel and the Arbitration Committee of the IBA.
