Getting to Chambers

Within the temple

Lamb Chambers is in Lamb Building; our Reception is on the 2nd Floor. Lamb Building is in the centre of the Temple, in Elm Court, at the eastern end of Fountain Court, backing on to Middle Temple Lane.

Getting to the temple

On foot

Pedestrian access points to the Temple are marked on the map above.

By tube

From Temple (Circle and District lines) - go east along the Embankment and up Middle Temple Lane, or make your way from Temple Place up through Middle Temple, via the Queen Elizabeth Building car park. It is about 5 minutes' walk.
From Blackfriars (Circle and District lines, and BR Thameslink) - go north up New Bridge Street and then west along Tudor Street. It is about 10 minutes' walk.
Chancery Lane station (Central line) and Holborn station (Central and Piccadilly lines) are about 15 minutes' walk away to the north, via Chancery Lane.

By car

Parking in the Temple can usually be arranged for clients if adequate notice is given to the clerks beforehand.

Any vehicle entering the Temple must do so via Tudor Street, which is accessible from Fleet Street (via Bouverie Street), the east-bound Embankment (via New Bridge Street and Tudor Street), or New Bridge Street.

Outside the Temple, there is meter parking in many nearby streets, and a public car park at Shoe Lane, accessible via Fetter Lane, 10-15 minutes' walk away.
