All areas of civil common law with particular emphasis on:
Personal injury: including occupiers' liability, employers' liability, product liability, Highways Act claims, road traffic accidents and infant settlements.
Employment: including unfair dismissal, redundancy and discrimination claims.
Professional negligence: including solicitors' and clinical negligence.
Commercial: including contractual disputes, the sale, supply and carriage of goods, the provision of services and agency.
Property: including both residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes and mortgages.
Insolvency: including both corporate and personal insolvency.
Experience
Experience of advocacy, drafting and advisory work in all areas in which Chambers specialises, including appearances in the High Court, County Courts, Employment Tribunals, Criminal Injury Compensation Appeal Tribunals and Coroners' Courts.
