Practice
Bernard was called to the Bar by Middle Temple in November 2004.
Bernard joined Lamb Chambers in October 2007. In October 2008, following the successful completion of his pupillage, Bernard became a tenant in chambers.
Bernard undertakes litigation, drafting and advisory work in all areas of Chambers' practise areas.
Bernard appears in court regularly across a broad range of practise areas. Bernard appears in the High Court and County Courts across England and Wales in Fast-Track and Multi-Track hearings and appeals.
Bernard lectures in advocacy skills. Most recently, he was part of a team from Lamb Chambers that delivered a course in advocacy within arbitration proceedings to the Malaysian Bar in Kuala Lumpur.
