Experience

A broad range of experience including the Court of Appeal and High Court, regular appearances in the County Courts and also in tribunals (particularly the LVT). In addition to court work, advises corporate and individual clients (including lenders) on a wide range of significant matters.

Susan Manning v Ann Hope CA The Times 18/2/2000 - the Occupiers' Liability Act 1957 and causation

TSB Bank Ltd v Ashman & Beryl Ashman LTL 17/2/98 - persistent failure to comply with "unless order"
