Elizabeth's commercial experience encompasses general contractual disputes, insolvency and recovery of debt actions in the High Court and County Courts.
Employment
In the Employment Tribunal, Elizabeth has acted in interlocutory and final hearings in relation to unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
Personal Injury
Elizabeth is regularly instructed to advise and represent both claimants and defendants in fast-track personal injury trials.
General Common Law
Elizabeth has broad experience in conducting road traffic accident and credit hire claims in County Courts.
