Personal Injury. A busy practice covering all areas including employers' liability, industrial disease, occupiers' liability, product liability, highway and road traffic litigation, Animals Act and fatal accident claims.
Professional Negligence. Both for and against solicitors.
Commercial and Business Disputes. Contractual disputes, the sale of goods and the supply of services, and claims involving defective products.
Experience
Guy is instructed on behalf of claimants and defendants in High Court (including Supreme Court Costs Office) and County Court multi-track and top value fast-track claims. He has been praised by a member of the judiciary for "astute cross examination and clear argument".
Guy is qualified to accept work under the Bar's Direct Access scheme without the need to instruct a solicitor.
