Personal injury: including occupiers' and employer's liability, Highways Act, road traffic accident, holiday and criminal injuries compensation cases
Commercial: including contractual disputes, sale and carriage of goods, personal and corporate insolvency, building and engineering disputes, employment
Property: including residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, housing and licensing
Transport: regulatory infringements
Immigration: immigration rules and asylum appeals (accredited by Legal Services Commission)
Experience
Experience of advocacy, drafting and advisory work in all areas in which Chambers specialises, including appearances in the High Court, County Courts, CICA Tribunals, Employment Tribunals, Immigration Appeals Tribunal and Magistrates' Courts
