Property and trusts including landlord and tenant, disrepair, mortgagor and mortgagee, trusts, easements and restrictive covenants. Howard has also developed particular expertise representing and advising housing associations in relation to nuisance tenants and appropriate remedies, including possession, injunctions and ASBOs.
Commercial including contractual claims, building, construction and insurance cases.
Experience
A wide range of advisory and drafting work, and advocacy at all levels from Leasehold Valuation Tribunal to Court of Appeal. Formerly a member of the Company and Commercial team at the Law Commission.
