Practised medicine for 15 years prior to coming to the Bar; Initial experience included a wide range of general common law advisory and court work, including personal injury, medical negligence, general contractual disputes, property disputes and landlord & tenant
Court work has varied including: criminal trials in the Magistrates and Crown Courts, hearings in the Employment Tribunal, Coroners Court and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, applications, trials and appeals in the County Court, appearances in the Companies Court and Queen's Bench Division interlocutory work.
Now specialising in those areas of work covered by the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Group.
