Areas of practice
Housing & Land Law
Morgan undertakes drafting, advisory and advocacy possession and dilapidations work in relation to Landlord and Tenant law, boundary disputes and personal injury arising out of defective premises, as well as defending mortgage possession actions. The range of instructions varies across private and social clients, both Claimant and Defendant, at the fast track and multi track level.
Morgan also has experience dealing with anti social behaviour injunctions, trespass cases, succession claims, charging orders and disputes involving tenancy deposit schemes. He has lectured on the impact of disability discrimination legislation on the rental sector and contributes articles to the RICS Residential Property Journal.
Personal Injury
Morgan's practice covers both Claimant and Defendant work, ranging from RTAs to Occupier's Liability and accidents in the work place on the fast and multi track level. He undertakes advisory, drafting and advocacy work across England and Wales.
Commercial
Morgan undertakes a wide range of contractual disputes, ranging from the use of commercial premises to debt actions, the supply of goods and services, construction disputes and insolvency.
