General civil work with a particular emphasis on:
(i) Property, including business and residential landlord and tenant, co-ownership and applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, nuisance, easements, covenants, boundary disputes,
(ii) Housing, including homelessness, right to buy, anti-social behaviour,
(iii) Personal Injury at both High Court and County Court level,
(iv) General commercial law, involving contractual disputes, insolvency etc.
Membership
Member of the Property Bar Association, the Personal Injuries Bar Association, the Housing Law Practitioners Association and the London Common Law and Commercial Bar Association.
