Specialises in personal injury litigation for both claimants (60%) and defendants (40%) and has a smaller claimant clinical negligence practice (largely cerebral palsy cases). He has been listed as a leading PI Junior (2nd tier) since 2007 in Legal 500.
Experience
He has a particular reputation in cases involving catastrophic brain injury; complex regional pain syndrome ("CRPS") and psychiatric damage. He also undertakes a large number of cases involving serious accidents at work.
Recently he has acted in 2 fatal helicopter crashes, litigation concerning an outbreak of Legionnaires Disease in Hereford; cases involving severe brain and spinal injury, CRPS, PTSD arising from the Ufton Nervet train crash etc.
