Personal Injury. A broad range of work acting for both Claimants and Defendants in equal measure, including industrial injury & disease, public liability, product liability, fatal accidents, and catastrophic injuries.
Clinical Negligence. Including injury in utero and at birth, and surgical errors and omissions.
Professional Negligence. In particular, acting for and against Solicitors and Insurers in claims arising out of PI & Medical cases.
Experience
Having gained wide-ranging experience in general common law and crime in the first few years of practice, thereafter specialised in Personal Injury and associated Professional Negligence work. Extensive experience over 15 years of advocacy at all levels, including the county courts, High Court and Court of Appeal, related advisory and drafting work, mediation and other forms of ADR.
