Product liability. Insurance claims. Fatal accidents. All matters relating to the assessment of damages, structured and infant settlements. Claims relating to the liability of employers, independent contractors, public authorities (including the Police), occupiers, clubs, owners of animals and criminal injuries. We act under LSC funding, conditional fee agreements, legal expenses insurance and for insurance companies.
