This includes all aspects of landlord and tenant law - commercial, residential and agricultural; leasehold enfranchisement; mortgages; housing association cases; vendor and purchaser disputes; judicial review; planning, environmental law and compulsory purchase; nuisance; boundary disputes; tree root cases; options; easements and restrictive covenants; torts relating to land; adverse possession; service of notices; professional negligence of surveyors, solicitors, architects and engineers; construction litigation and arbitration; and the drafting, construction and enforcement of contracts.

Members also undertake arbitrations, alternative dispute resolution (both as advocates and as mediators) and direct professional access work.
