Dilan (Call: 2006) joins us with a wide-ranging civil practice and a strong focus on commercial, property, and employment law. He regularly appears in the County Court, High Court (Chancery and King’s Bench Divisions), as well as Employment and Property Tribunals.
Dilan is known for his pragmatic and straightforward approach, and has been praised by judges and clients alike.
His practice spans:
- Commercial and business disputes
- Injunctive relief, including restrictive covenants and emergency applications
- Property and landlord/tenant matters
- Consumer credit and financial irregularity claims
- Economic torts and civil fraud
Before joining Chambers, Dilan served as Legal Counsel at a commercial and financial litigation firm, developing significant expertise in claims involving undisclosed commissions and unfair relationships.
He is also qualified to accept instructions via Direct Public Access.
