Ending a Residential Tenancy: Common Pitfalls and How to Avoid Them

This seminar will consider common difficulties faced by private landlords seeking possession of residential property at first instance, including:

  • Section 21 and the Deregulation Act 2015 amendments;
  • Notices seeking possession – form, service and defects;
  • Pleadings and evidence;
  • Case law / legislation update including the proposed end of section 21 evictions.
