Now that Article 50 has been served…
Today is a historic day for the United Kingdom, as the process to negotiate our departure from, and new relationship with, the European Union becomes a reality.
Some will celebrate and some will mourn this development, but the only realistic option is to look forward - and to seize the opportunities, as well as manage the risks, that Brexit will inevitably bring.
At Lamb Chambers we are ready to partner law firms, businesses and individuals seeking to navigate these uncertain waters in our specialist fields – which include construction and property development, employment, banking and finance, commercial, dispute resolution and IP law.
On May 2nd we will be holding our first Brexit workshop post Article 50. This will focus on the trends, opportunities and risks apparent in international business disputes, financial services, construction & property development, and housing funding.
Expect other workshops in other sectors to follow, as part of our programme of training events available to the legal and allied professions.
Our best wishes on this important day. Whether you need expert opinion and representation for a specific dispute or assistance with Brexit planning, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
