    Abigail’s experience in personal injury law includes cases involving road traffic accidents, health and safety at work, occupiers' liability, highway authorities and infant settlements. She has a broad range of experience in advisory, drafting and advocacy work.

    Abigail's interest in SEN law covers refusal to assess appeals, Parts 2, 3 and 4 Statement of SEN appeals, Sections B, F and I EHC plan appeals, refusal to amend Statement of SEN/ EHC plan appeals and disability discrimination.


Abigail has a particular interest in Special Educational Needs Law and has chosen to develop a specialism in this field. Abigail aims to be supportive and understanding of the specific pressures on clients in this area of law whilst providing a clear and objective analysis of their case. She is willing to accept instructions directly from members of the public, in appropriate cases, under the Bar's public access scheme.

Abigail spent her earlier years of practise as a personal injury and general civil litigation practitioner and continues to have an interest in these areas.
