Profile

Jane's practice is split between personal injury, including clinical negligence, and property.  She has extensive advocacy experience in the County Court, the High Court and the Coroner's Court, together with experience of mediations and joint settlement meetings.  She also undertakes costs cases including in the Supreme Court Costs Office.

Jane has a busy paperwork practice and regularly receives instructions from both claimants and defendants in relation to all aspects of advising and drafting.
