Guy Coleman

Guy Coleman specialises in personal injury, civil fraud and credit hire litigation. He appears for both Claimants and Defendants.

He acts regularly for a number of insurance clients in matters involving civil fraud, complex questions of causation and disputed expert evidence.

Guy is easy to talk to; he provides thorough, practical and robust advice for every stage of the litigation process.

He will assist with all aspects of drafting pleadings, settling schedules and counter-schedules, formulating written questions where appropriate to expert witnesses under Part 35, and advising both in writing or in conference on all issues of liability, causation and quantification.

In Court or in ADR, Guy combines a thorough understanding of the issues with a tenacious and authoritative style of presentation. He works highly effectively and is committed to achieving the correct outcome for his clients.
