Paul O’Mullane

Practice Manager

It is with immense sadness that we share the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Paul O’Mullane, who has been an integral part of Lamb Chambers for an extraordinary 32 years.

Paul was known for his good humour, steady presence and kind heart. He had been due to retire at the end of this year, but left earlier due to ill health. He leaves behind his wife, Becky, and his daughter, Emily. Our deepest thoughts and condolences are with them at this incredibly difficult time.

Paul was loved by members, staff and clients alike – not only from his long career at Lamb Chambers, but from the years of work that preceded it. This was reflected so clearly at his retirement drinks held just before his departure from Chambers, where former and current members, staff, and colleagues from across his career came together to celebrate him and to thank him for the warmth, support and friendship he had shown them over the years.

Paul was a member of staff who connected naturally with all age groups. His positivity, humour and gentle approach made him a happy and uplifting presence in Chambers each and every day.

Outside of work, Paul brought joy and enthusiasm to everything he loved: theatre, karaoke, music, and ‘The Chase’. His interests were as vibrant as he was.

We are profoundly grateful for the many years we were fortunate enough to work alongside him. He will be remembered with deep affection, respect and gratitude.

He will be missed immeasurably. May he rest in peace.
