Chelsea is a qualified New York Attorney and practising barrister. Over the years, she has been exposed to a mixture of civil law; however, the main focus of her practice is now property and commercial law. She undertakes both oral and written advocacy, providing advice and drafting, and she is regularly instructed in the County Court, the High Court and the Property Tribunal.
Prior to completing her legal training, she successfully undertook a variety of different roles, including working as a clerk, paralegal, compliance consultant and legal assistant. Her eclectic background and firm grasp of the law makes her a tenacious and pragmatic advocate. Furthermore, having previously managed her own attorney practice, Chelsea enjoys and prioritises high standards and client engagement within all aspects of her work.
Feedback from solicitors and lay clients highlights Chelsea’s professionalism and ability to achieve the desired outcome for the client. She is direct in her approach and will not shy away when it comes to managing expectations.
Following the successful completion of her Public Access (also known as Direct Access) training, Chelsea is also able to take instructions directly from lay clients under the Public Access Scheme. Should litigation not be the most appropriate or effective route for resolving a dispute, Chelsea is also a trained and accredited mediator.

Testimonials
I have to say that you are highly effective and I have been massively impressed with all the instructions that you have dealt with for us.
– James Melvin-Bath, Willans LLP
We have instructed Chelsea several times, often at short notice and with tight deadlines. Chelsea has been fantastic; nothing is too much trouble and she is always available to help. Chelsea goes above and beyond – even drawing up a checklist/table for the client to complete prior to a conference in order to make the best use of time. I have attended court with Chelsea on a few occasions and I agree with my clients in that she is professional yet down to earth and very good at explaining any issues to the client in a calm yet empathetic way. 10/10.
