Our remote ADR service enables parties and their legal representatives to resolve disputes efficiently without the need to travel, while maintaining the same professional standards and confidentiality expected of traditional in-person proceedings.

Fixed Fee Arbitration Schedule
All fees are charged per party and are exclusive of VAT.
Fee Information
- Fees are based on the combined value of the claim and any counterclaim.
- Where the total claim value exceeds £40 million, fees will be agreed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the complexity of the dispute.
- A full day consists of 8 hours (10:00am – 6:00pm).
- A half day consists of 4 hours (10:00am – 2:00pm).
- Any additional time is charged at the applicable hourly rate shown in the fee schedule.
