Lamb Chambers are delighted to announce that Jonathan Shaw has joined our commercial group.
Jonathan’s practice will focus on construction, with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. After nearly 20 years as a contractor’s Quantity Surveyor and a Construction Claims expert, Jonathan was called to the Bar in 2008.
Jonathan has vast experience of matters relating to, amongst other things: building/engineering disputes; delay/extension of time matters; claims for loss and expense; liquidated damages; defective work; final account matters; certification issues; disruption claims; professional negligence; negligence and nuisance claims.
Between 2016 and 2019, Jonathan was also a partner at Fenwick Elliott LLP, a specialist construction and engineering firm of solicitors.
