Learning objectives for COMBAR CPD plans
Learning objectives: To analyse the legal consequences of Brexit in the context of the UK financial services sector.
Learning rationale: To understand some of the possible outcomes and impacts in various key parts of that sector in the light of those legal consequences. The financial services industry (employing over 1 million people in the UK and generating annual revenues of around £200 billion) is heavily regulated by the EU and is perhaps the sector most fundamentally affected by Brexit.
