The workshop is appropriate for those with limited exposure to commercial property dilapidations, although the discussion and analysis that arises will also be useful for more experienced practitioners

Is the property in disrepair? How much can the landlord recover from the tenant? What procedures should the parties follow? This workshop will explore the nuts and bolts of a commercial dilapidations dispute using a worked case study as well as by discussing some of the leading cases in this field. It is a practical examination of the most common issues faced by property lawyers.
