We are pleased to share that Matthew Winn-Smith successfully represented the Defendant, International Food Services Equipment Limited, following a five-day trial in the County Court at Central London.
The claim arose from allegations concerning the supply and installation of bespoke refrigerated wine storage units for a £1m wine collection. The claim was dismissed in full, the Claimant was ordered to pay the Defendant’s costs (including a substantial payment on account), and permission to appeal was refused.
Congratulations to all involved on securing this successful outcome.
