Small Claims: Key topics for advocates

Please join Dominic Bright for his second training session on small claims on Wednesday 30th September 2020, 11am – 12pm.

This session will focus on important procedural and practical issues and will include:

  • When, how and the benefits of making an oral application for strike out and/or summary judgment
  • Judicial intervention versus “entering the arena”
  • Departure from fixed costs following a finding that a party has behaved unreasonably.
