In Andrews & Ors v Kronospan Limited [2022] EWHC 479 (QB), Senior Master Fontaine revoked the Claimants’ permission to rely on their expert after it was admitted that there were ‘serious transgressions’ by the expert and solicitors in relation to the expert’s joint statement.
